ABOUT
Speaker
Lavonda Bryant is a business professional working in the telecommunication field for over 19 years. She is currently a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt for AT&T Global Supply Chain, serving in this role since May 2010. She is responsible for mentoring Black and Green Belts, providing statistical analysis for very large data sets, developing project portfolios, project managing cross-functional improvement efforts throughout the organization resulting in financial benefits in the tens of millions annually.
She serves on the board of Outreach to Africa, a 501(c) 3 organization in Irvine with operations in Uganda as an NGO. She has also written grants for this organization and others organizations resulting in over $1.8M since 2013.
Lavonda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and a minor in Secondary Education from the University of Akron in Ohio. She has certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile and Project Management.
